Church Farm Closure
A leaking water main below the entrance to the car park has caused considerable erosion to the surrounding area of soil meaning that access to the car park is not available until South East Water have been able to repair the leak & reinstate access to the car park. We hope this can be completed fairly quickly and will notify all Members when works are finished. Unfortunately there would have been no way to predict this happening and no way for us to avoid it.

"Magic Twig" rig by OMC.
After carefully assessing this rig the Committee have decided that it poses a significant threat to fish safety and is therefore not allowed to be used on any HWAS waters.
It should also be noted that it is in effect a self hooking device and as such is banned under Environment Agency Regional Bylaws
